Overdraft Privilage

Overdraft Privilege is not a line of credit. 

For Overdraft Privilege approval - Personal checking accounts will be evaluated, open for at least 30 days and are maintained in good standing.

Overdraft charges may be imposed on any overdraft created by check, in person with­drawal, or other electronic means as applicable.

Overdrafts resulting from checks and other debits paid from your account will be assessed a $27.50 charge per item.

Overdraft balances, including all non-sufficient funds and overdraft charges are payable upon demand.  Your account is required to be brought to a positive balance every 30 days or less.

ValueBank Texas is not obligated to pay any item presented for payment if your account does not contain sufficient funds.

Approval of payment of reasonable overdrafts by ValueBank Texas for accounts in good standing is only a courtesy, and not a right or an obligation, is within ValueBank's sole and absolute discretion and can cease at any time without prior notice or reason or cause.
