Complete the Full Pre-Approval Loan Application

This loan application requires additional information to begin the pre-approval process, along with the following documentation: 1) The most recent 30 days pay stubs for each borrower, 2) The most recent two years tax returns with all schedules and W-2 or 1099 forms for each borrower, 3) The two most recent statements for all accounts to include checking, savings, retirement, 401K and investment accounts for each borrower (if accounts are with Valuebank Texas no need to provide copies), 4) Photocopy of valid driver’s license for each borrower, 5) If refinance, please provide copy of mortgage statement, copy of existing survey and copy of existing homeowners insurance policy or agent’s name along with the above items.
